Fans drop everything, meet Taylor Swift in pouring rain at Hamburg Eras Tour show

Hamburg, Germany, is dropping everything to meet Taylor Swift in the pouring rain.
"I'm surrounded by an entire sold-out crowd of people who would dance with me in the rain," Swift said to the Volksparkstadion during her "Lover" era on Tuesday.
With her pink guitar hanging across her shoulder, the bedazzled singer greeted fans in the open-roofed stadium pumping them up for a night of memories — and precipitation.
"I don't know if you've heard this about us, but here on the Eras Tour we absolutely adore a rain show," she said as her hair collected water. "I think a rain show only chooses a crowd that is completely worthy and ready to party with us all night in the rain."
The rain poured, and the crowd cheered.

"I thought so," Swift smiled. By her "Fearless" era, her hair was drenched. The rain ricocheted off the stage.
Many fans shared photos and videos to X, formerly Twitter, of dancing and holding hand hearts up in the rain. One user poked fun at Swift's guitarist Paul Sidoti, known for his big hair, saying not even his locks could withstand the downpour.
The rain halted during the "Red" era.
AccuWeather forecasted rain for the first hour of the show, issuing a heavy thunderstorms warning.
"There is a risk of heavy thunderstorms with gale- or storm-force gusts and heavy rain (level 2 of 4)," the website said for Tuesday night in the northern Germany city.
Swift has nine more cities left on the Eras Tour and will officially end in 138 days on Dec. 8.
